Great work life/balance for the pay, and decent benefits. The compensation is mid-market. The company has a bit of an antiquated and slower culture. Leadership is very quiet and not very present at a company wide scale, which leads to a bit of a lack of vision

Interview process was very reasonable and highlighted the team, role and company well. The process was very fair and timely.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No equity, though leadership has it. Salaries are mid-market, bonuses but they are static. Benefits are okay, but have out-of-pocket expenses.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There are not very present and generally not very pro-employee. Lack of better benefits and behind other similar companies. No employee feedback is taken or considered at the leadership level.
