Humble, down to earth, driven but customer success, strike the right balance of innovation and consistency, truly care about the employees. Some of the smartest people i've ever met.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership Reviews

There are not very present and generally not very pro-employee. Lack of better benefits and behind other similar companies. No employee feedback is taken or considered at the leadership level.

The leadership team is very antiquated in their perspectives and a bit absent as an overall team, there isn't much communication from them. What they do show is a lack of strategy and are out of touch with what a tech company can and should be.

Holding the entire leadership team to company standards, culture standards, diversity and psychological safety standards.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Salary compensation is fair but equity is very light

Big raises good opportinty to ask for more

Performance based bonus. I am rewarded for my efforts and impact

performance bases bonuses - I am rewarded for my contributions

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

No equity, though leadership has it. Salaries are mid-market, bonuses but they are static. Benefits are okay, but have out-of-pocket expenses.

Other companies pay more for this role.

Compensation is mid to low market

Lots of exec back stabbing, politics and posturing. It would be nice if people could work together harmoniously. Senior exec members MUST know its happening. They know and they choose to do nothing.

Interview process was very reasonable and highlighted the team, role and company well. The process was very fair and timely.

Speaking to multiple people from prospect team.

I was able to meet a lot of different people with a lot of different backgrounds. They genuinely seemed interested in me, and my career goals.
