
Salary compensation is fair but equity is very light
Big raises good opportinty to ask for more
Performance based bonus. I am rewarded for my efforts and impact
performance bases bonuses - I am rewarded for my contributions
No equity, though leadership has it. Salaries are mid-market, bonuses but they are static. Benefits are okay, but have out-of-pocket expenses.
Other companies pay more for this role.
