What are some of the best things about your team?

We follow Agile/Scrum methodologies, we take our jobs seriously but not ourselves too seriously.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Flexible. Many work remotely/from home but the company flies us all in at least once a quarter and we do a lot of social + alignment activities. We strive to have the best culture in the industry.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They invest time on alignment between departments. They follow best practices frameworks from around the industry. They are humble and admit they are learning and make mistakes just let all of us will. They continually improve and are transparent.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Lots of communication in multiple formats. We strive to innovate around how we collaborate from having unique aspects of virtual company meetings (think musical numbers and trivia shows) to creating small group coaching huddles around improving communication. We consciously work on our culture.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are democratic. They have representatives from across the business with multiple backgrounds/points of view. They meet monthly for a whole day to discuss issues/opportunities deeply. They practice open book management and share numbers weekly with all. They listen and are committed to growth.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

They believe in solving for the company before the team and before yourself (which is proper, in my opinion). They share bonuses equally across the business. They have salary tiers, personal development plans and skills development matrixes to provide logic and structure to compensation and growth.

What are some of the best things about your team?

They were recruited from leading organizations in our industry. We mostly try to take our work seriously but not ourselves too seriously. Everybody here is hungry, entrepreneurial (to some degree) and eager to be the best in the business (and we consistently are ranked as such)

What makes you most happy at work?

Knowing that I've contributed enough to the company's goals to continue to be seen as a leading, valued team member. Everybody works so hard here I just want to be sure I'm pulling my weight and continuing to be a leading example of what it means to be IMPACT-y.

What makes you most happy at work?

That I can control my destiny for the large part. People have confidence in me. There's a lot we are learning/creating and I have a strong, valued voice in that. I have control of my time and my outputs. We strive to be modern and forward-thinking in all we do and I live for that!
