We are a fast-paced and transparent culture. We all are able to access real thought leadership with our leadership team at any time.

I came from a large and well-known brand. The people at Impact are much more smart about their work and care about working hard.
What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers truly try to help customers, one another, and the product. The team is dedicated to advancing the multiple product offerings and works hard to accomplish tasks.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The entire leadership team is incredibly smart and dedicated to advancing the company. I've worked in large global SaaS brands and this agile team is smarter and more customer obsessed than any company I've ever seen.
