The open, honest communication. The fact that there is a defined direction and regardless of the bumps in the road, we know where we are going and that the belief of customer obsession is the lens of which everything is viewed. Top down goodness.

Our leadership team is approachable, open to new ideas, and motivating. This is the only place I've worked where leadership makes an effort to get to know each employee. It really feels like everyone is on the same team working toward the same goal.

Base is fair and the variable is generous albeit commensurate with the industry.

I am sales guy on commission, so a lot of my pay is performance based with uncapped earning potential.

I've gotten two stock grants, multiple raises, and was able to keep my acquired PTO as a bonus if I left after we switched to unlimited PTO. These guys are definitely fair.

I think they should be generous with stock grants.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Quite liberal in comparison to my other work experiences.

There are systems and people dedicated to help you if you have any issue, concern of question. People get put first.

There's no separation based on org structure. The VP and Founder is right next to the sales team all commenting, not only on work, but current events, lunch, the music playlist, etc. They understand that you can have a laid back culture and still be a highly productive organization.

It was a very structured and intense process at times, but given what the company is trying to accomplish and how small they were when I started, every hire was crucial. I felt like proud to get through the interviews and receive an offer. It wasn't a breeze. I knew I earned a seat at the table.

When I interviewed internally to be promoted to a sales position they had me do 3-5 mock sales calls with different members of the team and management, which prepared me well for what the job actually was!!
