What is the best part about your compensation package?
As an employee, you receive stock options. You are not just an employee anymore, but an owner and have stake in the success of the organization.

Salary and shares is the best part in my current package.

Unlimited Vacation.. We don't abuse it, but it really feels good to know that should something come up you won't be penalized. You don't have to decide between going to your little sister's graduation or having a proper holiday.

My Team is absolutely amazing in the sense that while all working together to achieve one goal and grow as a team and individuals, that we all still remain extremely close and provide eachother with support, and see the benefit of constantly bouncing ideas and feedback amongst eachother
