What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's not an after thought or reaction to doing something wrong. The culture and environment are looked after by numerous staff and volunteers and it makes coming to work so enjoyable.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is very transparent top to bottom, allowing everyone to understand where we heading and why. They regularly meet, disseminate pertinent updates to company, and have a critical eye for making Impact a success.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe part of my compensation is the actual location and atmosphere I work in. Impact does an amazing job w/ social events, catered lunches, available parking, and overall workplace environment that we thrive and work in. The biggest part of my compensation is I love the place I work at.
