What I like most is that they are inclusive and always make you feel a part of the company and genuinely care about your happiness, success, and career growth.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with other team members and always having something to do. I never feel idle or bored, and I'm constantly learning and growing both personally and professionally. Not to mention, the SB HQ is pretty beautiful and dog-friendly :)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone genuinely cares & respects each other. People are so bright and work incredibly well together. I've never been in a culture where people are always willing to help and there's no drama or tension. I was told Impact was a family when I came on board and that's truly how I feel to this day.
