There is a cohesive team environment that is extremely serious and goal-focused willing to take input from all members of the team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
As a member of the sales staff I am compensated with an incredibly reasonable base, as well as a wonderful comp structure for achieving my sales goals!
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that everyone supports each other and foster a culture of respect and self accountability. When you couple that with extremely talented/driven individuals, and fantastic products the ceiling seems so high. Fun place to be!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
As a young member of the team (24), I feel like I have excellent visibility and a great career path moving forward within the organization. It is exciting to be with a company that is growing the quickly.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The executive team goes out of their way to make themselves present and available to ALL members of the organization. As an entry level employee, I was surprised at the amount of facetime I received with members of the C suite.
