What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about my company environment is that I feel like I am recognized as an individual rather than a number, and I feel like I am part of a big family rather than a large corporation
What are some of the best things about your team?
My Team is absolutely amazing in the sense that while all working together to achieve one goal and grow as a team and individuals, that we all still remain extremely close and provide eachother with support, and see the benefit of constantly bouncing ideas and feedback amongst eachother
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I believe that the leadership team at Impact provides us with the big picture, an overall view and a clear vision of where we are going and how our work and roles fit into the overall direction Impact is going. I feel like I am part of the growth and milestones
