We all have the same work ethic, but also don't take ourselves to seriously.

The level of transparency has only gone up as the company gets bigger, which is rare.

The level of intellect and deepness of relationships my coworkers provide are unlike anywhere else I've worked.

They are highly transparent, very inspiring and intelligent, and I have complete trust in their ability to drive growth.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I've gotten two stock grants, multiple raises, and was able to keep my acquired PTO as a bonus if I left after we switched to unlimited PTO. These guys are definitely fair.
