From an industry average perspective, we at Impact could receive a higher salary. Too many folks have left Impact or leveraged outside offers in salary negotiations.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team has shown incredible maturity and growth, pushing Impact to become leaner and more effective without hindering or harming our crazy culture we've come to know and love.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We love to have fun - while we work hard and have a lot to do and people to make happy, we know how to take a break and party!
