What do you like best about the leadership team?
Talented leaders that have an open door policy, willing to listen to great ideas from throughout the organization.
They listen, they are approachable and they are interested in the success of everyone at the company.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
as a male, even I was surprised at the way Impartner failed to blatant and consistent sexual harassment. That added with the cronyism made it a depressing and demotivating place to work. I would never suggest working there.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited PTO is great so long as you use it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

What are some of the best things about your team?
Boots on the ground folks are great!
Everyone takes a lot of ownership for doing things right, when something goes wrong it isn't the blame game we just solve it.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
co-workers adopted the only-in-it-for-myself attitude that was reflected in the leadership
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Employees have a great sense of humor and are clever.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
need to start by cleaning out E-level staff and mid-management and replacing them with the workers. Then they might have a chance.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I had very honest conversations with my manager.
Clear communication, the involvement of senior leadership, and pleasant interviewers.
