What did you like most about the interview process?I had very honest conversations with my manager.
What are some of the best things about your team?Boots on the ground folks are great!
What is the best part about your compensation package?Unlimited PTO is great so long as you use it.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?as a male, even I was surprised at the way Impartner failed to blatant and consistent sexual harassment. That added with the cronyism made it a depressing and demotivating place to work. I would never suggest working there.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?co-workers adopted the only-in-it-for-myself attitude that was reflected in the leadership
What needs to change to make the company culture better?need to start by cleaning out E-level staff and mid-management and replacing them with the workers. Then they might have a chance.
