100% employer paid coverage for employees, good alternative medicine coverage, $3000 401k matching, free local gym membership, lots of smaller perks.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I am a pro developer (content creator) and this platform has become a sweatshop. They underpay us in every way they can and lock us in with the promise of getting better pay as we grow our skills thru-out the years. It's all a lie.

Good long-term ideas go in the garbage in order to pursue extremely short term goals justified by blindly following metrics.

This is a horrible and greedy company to work for.
