- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?With other metaverses opening, I am about to make the change and actually work for a platform where they pay fairly. IMVU has no space for improvement because their CEO is too busy fishing instead of looking at our struggles as their employees.
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?Everything... from how they pay the developing community to how they treat us.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I am a pro developer (content creator) and this platform has become a sweatshop. They underpay us in every way they can and lock us in with the promise of getting better pay as we grow our skills thru-out the years. It's all a lie.
