What do you like best about the leadership team?
everyone is great to work with never had a problem

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Company has absolutely no direct and a seriously awful image problem.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Base salary and health insurance and unlimited pto

100% employer paid coverage for employees, good alternative medicine coverage, $3000 401k matching, free local gym membership, lots of smaller perks.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am a pro developer (content creator) and this platform has become a sweatshop. They underpay us in every way they can and lock us in with the promise of getting better pay as we grow our skills thru-out the years. It's all a lie.
Good long-term ideas go in the garbage in order to pursue extremely short term goals justified by blindly following metrics.
This is a horrible and greedy company to work for.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Super friendly, fully remote, good wlb
with the commitment and professionalism and the attachment to the company policy he can grow
The team is very collaborative and shows a bias towards action.
everyone is helpful and nice, my coworkers are better than my manager
We all pitch in wherever needed. Nobody takes the "not my job" attitude.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
try to make the most of production times
the energy, the atmosphere, everyone is diverse. I think imvu is doing a good job picking new people
The coworkers go beyond a formal relationship - we're friends and friendly. We do things together outside of work hours. And enjoy each other's company while we're working. And it crosses departments, too. Not just the people you work with, but everyone at the company.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Everything... from how they pay the developing community to how they treat us.
What did you like most about the interview process?
nothing simple conversation between friends a pleasant and unobtrusive dialogue
The constant communication and contact as well as HR treats candidates like people.
You get to meet a lot of people and get a good sense of the culture before you join. And even better than that, when you do join, you see that it isn't just an act. We practice what we preach.

talking to clients, talking to my peers
Being able to contribute to the lofty goal of Connecting People. And seeing that the mission is part of how we work together, as well as how we want our product to contribute to the world.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
With other metaverses opening, I am about to make the change and actually work for a platform where they pay fairly. IMVU has no space for improvement because their CEO is too busy fishing instead of looking at our struggles as their employees.
