Frequently Asked Questions About InboxDollars

  • In order to guarantee your purchase earns you the credit & reward due, please follow these steps.

    1. After logging into your account, browse through the list of stores provided in the Shop & Earn section and click on the store that interests you.

    2. Once you have selected the store, be sure to check the "Special Terms" listed. Some have coupon codes or some have flat % cash back. Review all details as listed to be sure crediting would apply.

    3. When you are ready to make your purchase, simply click on the "Earn Cash Back" or "Get Deal" button. Remember to click the button so you will receive tracking/crediting for your purchase. Once you have clicked on the "Earn Cash Back" or "Get Deal" button, you will be directed away from InboxDollars to the merchant site where you may make your purchase. If you are using any other browser extensions or visit another coupon or reward site during your shopping session, this may prevent your order from tracking back to us.

    4. It is very important that you make your purchase right away. The store will only be able to report your purchase for a short time. Try not to close the browser window or navigate away from the store's website. Purchases must be made after selecting the Shop Now link.

    5. Coupons or discount codes provided by InboxDollars.com are eligible for use. Non-InboxDollars coupons may not show as referred by IBD and your purchase may become ineligible for crediting to occur.

    6. Members with AdBlock or Adblock Plus installed may experience issues receiving cash crediting. To ensure proper tracking and credit, we suggest disabling your AdBlocker software or whitelisting our site to allow ads to be served to you.

    7. Once your purchase has been made you will typically see your credit appear in your account under PENDING within 30 minutes to 7 business days. Approved credits by the merchant will be typically be rewarded within 30 -75 days after the purchase (or, for travel merchants, after your stay is completed).

    InboxDollars does not issue courtesy crediting for the shopping features when the proper steps are not recorded or reported by the merchant(s).

  • This new feature will allow *some* offers to be tracked for crediting to occur and updates as credits are moved from advertiser to InboxDollars to your account when qualifying.

    This feature is available to only a limited number of offers at this time and will not show all offers or PaidEmails you may have selected.

    How it works:

    Member clicks on and completes an offer that is available for Offers Tracking.

    The offer once completed and reported back by the advertiser will show on your Earnings page as :

    Offers that are currently being tracked will be highlighted in ORANGE on the offers page as shown.

    NOTE: The offer that qualifies for Tracked Earnings will NOT display until InboxDollars is notified by the advertiser. Please allow time for this to occur.

    Clicking DETAILS will also pop open information about the TIMING of crediting for that offer.

    Your TOTAL tracked earnings will show as this:

    This will NOT include the total for PENDING earnings as these credit next day.

    Participation

    When a Member completes an Offer or Cash Earning activity through InboxDollars, they are creating a direct relationship with the Advertiser. Any credit issued for a Cash Activity is done so by the Advertiser and is independent of InboxDollars. Members should review the Advertisers Terms and Conditions relating to the Activity or Cash Offer prior to completing. InboxDollars assumes no liability, obligation, or responsibility for any Cash Activity on any Service Platform, or for any subsequent billing or relationship that occurs between Member and Advertiser. Members should contact the Advertiser directly if they have any questions or disputes relating to the Offer.

    Completion of Offers/Cash Earning Activities

    Unless otherwise stated, Cash Earning Activities/Cash Activities are available for first-time customers of the advertiser only. Members will not be credited for completing an Offer if they have completed the activity in the past, through InboxDollars, any other website, app, or communication tool, completion of or participation in Cash Earning Activities, interactions with Advertisers, or with the Advertiser directly. Other Cash Activities such as Surveys, Videos, and other features as listed on your account will be credited as soon as the advertiser reports the credit. Each qualifying and successful completion is credited by the advertiser(s) and will credit in 1- 30 days unless otherwise noted.

    To be credited for completing a Cash Activity, Members should complete the Activity immediately after selection on our Service Platform or in a PaidEmail. Returning to the Advertisers website at a later time to complete the Cash Activity or completing over the phone may result in not being credited for completing said Cash Activity.

    Crediting of Offers/Cash Earning Activities

    Most Cash Earning Offers will be issued credit to the Members InboxDollars Account within a few business days from completion if approved by advertiser, while others may take up to 30 days to credit. Members should read and comply with all requirements of an Offer to ensure timely credit.

    Other Cash Earning Activities on the site will credit at various intervals, which depends on the advertiser usually received within 1 - 30 days depending on the activity.

    InboxDollars reserves the right to request that Members allow for reasonable crediting time for each advertiser to report credit as authorized to a Members account.

  • InboxDollars Members can win with Scratch & Win!

    Member will complete an earning activity to work toward filling the progress meter as shown on the account. Each level completed $, $$, and $$$ unlocks a new scratch card giving the member a chance at a bigger prize.

    Members can fill their progress meter to the first $ marker which opens up the first scratch off "WIN up to $10.00" for a chance to win OR continue on for a chance to win a larger prize on the next level up at the $$ marker.

    Note: The progress bar fills at random amounts for activities you do on the site.The amount of activity required in order to progress can change.

    If a member selects to scratch off the 1st scratch card the progress bar will start over and progress from there.

    Scratch off 3 like amounts on any card and you will win the amount shown on the 3 matching tiles.

    If you click SCRATCH NOW and either begin to scratch or do not start to scratch the system as a safety feature, will process the Scratch off card for you to avoid a time-out issue and your credit will be applied to pending.

    If you do not scratch off the first or 2nd card the progress bar will continue to the Third Scratch off and will not continue until that 3rd and Final Card is scratched. You will not lose progress if you close or log out before scratching a card.

    Accounts are credited upon completion of the scratch card usually within 5 minutes to your PENDING EARNINGS amount and will be applied to your earnings balance within 24 hours.

    Phone Verification - Correct Formatting

    Please make sure the phone number you are entering includes a 1 before the area code, and that you do not include any parenthesis or dashes.

    For example, if your number were 1-234-567-8901, you would enter it as: 12345678901.

    Phone Verification - Not Acceptable Phone Number

    Unfortunately, if our system is not accepting a phone number, it does mean that phone number cannot be used to verify this account.

    Please remember that any code you receive will only be valid for 10 minutes or until a new code is requested. Please make sure you entered your code within 10 minutes of requesting it (not receiving it) and that you did not request an additional code in the meantime.

    There is a maximum of 100 Spins you can earn and a 20 spins daily limit.

  • To request payment, click the My Account tab and then select Request Payment. Make sure to check and update your name, full mailing address on your active account to ensure your payment is processed.

    MEMBERS: Select which payment option you prefer:

    Members must have at least $30.00 in their account in order to request payment and unless otherwise offered there is a $3.00 processing fee.

    Non-Gold Members:1st payments will be processed 10-16 days after your first request and occurs Wednesdays each week. After submitting your first payment request for a Payment and it takes 10-16 days to cycle through the verification process before a payment can be issued. Once your 1st payment is processed you are now a Gold Member! Congratulations!

    A payment needs to be requested by the end of the day on a Sunday (11:59 p.m. CST) in order to process in 10 days. If a Wednesday falls on a national holiday, payments are issued on the next working business day.

    Gold Members: payments are processed weekly but need to be requested before Sunday prior to Wednesday(processing day) of the same week. Payment requests after Sunday 12am will be processed the following Wednesday.

    InboxDollars ePayment (powered by TANGO): Members can expect to see an email the same day payment is processed and will be coming TANGO Card. Please allow this email to arrive to your account sometime by or before 3pm Central Time.

    Epayments include: Merchant Cards, Donations and Prepaid Visa

    All options will be listed on the same landing page when you go to redeem your payment.

    Members will have the option to create an account and then select merchant cards or can select the card(s) right away without having to create an account. Account holders with Tango Card can bank their earnings and cash out for even higher merchant amounts! Save up future InboxDollars earnings and get BIGGER results!

    There is NO additional fee for eCards other than the standard $3.00 processing fee by InboxDollars.

    Members can also "gift" their earnings and send via email to friends and family as gifts.

    *Make sure you are using the InboxDollars email assigned to the account to ensure proper tracking and money transfers if electing to create accounts.

    Check Payments:Checks are mailed through the U. S. Postal Service so please allow up to two weeks for your payment to arrive. Delivery time depends on many factors, including your geographic location, seasonal increases in mail volume, and is totally dependent upon the U.S. Postal Service.

    If you have not received your payment within 14 business days, click on "My Account" and "My Profile" and scroll down to "Payment History" to ensure your check was processed.(Members must have an active account to have payments processed). If active and you have not received payment, please allow delivery time from your post office, and/or check with them to ensure your mail is being delivered.

    The payout feature will only work if your account balance is greater than $30.00.

    Once requested your earnings will be visible in details and updated to pending until your payment is actually processed. PrePaid Visa Cash Cards are processed by Swift.

    Inboxdollars charges a $3.00 processing fee per payment request but $3.00 is then deposited back into your account to get you started on your next payment request.

    Processing time does not include mailing time so please allow for mail delivery for checks. You will receive a confirmation email with date of expected processing date (does not including postal delivery time).

    Billy Tip! Payments cannot be reversed or stopped under any circumstances as the process is automated. No exceptions. Payment is made in full on the account - partial payments not permitted.

    InboxDollars eCards & PrePaid Visa Cash Cards are only eligible for US residents.

    Inboxdollars does not offer PayPal or Direct Deposits.

    If the operator cannot resolve your issue, they will escalate to our Resolution Center, where we will get back to you within 24-48 hours (1-2 business days). Our Resolution Center is open M-F 8am-5pm CST.

    Note: We take pride in offering our members live chat, which is available 24/7, 365 days a year. However, this feature will not be available if it us abused or misused.   • You are welcome to qualify for and complete one survey per day from each Survey Provider onthe Cash Surveys page or up to 5 for Peanut Lab Surveys.

    To qualify for Cash Surveys, follow these instructions:

    Click the Cash Surveys link in the member navigation menu and then the Take Surveys button on that page. Note: You canattempt to qualify fora survey once per dayforEACH Survey Provider listed on that page.

    Answer the qualifying questions for the particular Survey Provider. Note:This page is NOT a Cash Survey they are qualifying questions only and may cause "re-routing" to other surveys attempting to find a match.

    The Survey Providerwill attempt to match you with an availablesurvey. If an open survey that requires your demographics is available, you will be directed to that survey. Sometimes you may get routed to another survey - this is the survey provider attempting to find a survey that is available for you.

    Complete the Cash Survey and get paid! (surveys credit in 15 min, 1-2 days or up to 3 weeks depending on provider)

    Helpful TIP: Jot down the name of the survey (found in survey, on survey page or in the URL) along with date/time for tracking purposes.

    Billy Note: After you have qualified for and started a Cash Survey, it is possible for you to be subsequently disqualified. All Cash Surveys include disqualifying questions which will disqualify respondents if certain answers are given.

    You must complete a Survey without being disqualified in order to receive credit from InboxDollars.

    The probability of qualifying for a Cash Survey depends entirely upon the surveys that are available and what demographics are required for those surveys.

    While InboxDollars works diligently to have as many surveys as possible available, we cannot control how often you will qualify for a Cash Survey and you may be routed to other surveys in an attempt to find a survey that is available and a better match.

    If you are disqualified from a survey during the survey process or towards the end this usually means the survey has closed by the provider due to receiving all qualified responses from individuals who meet or closely meet your demographics (age, sex, zip code, etc) so additional responses are not needed by the survey provider if the quote is full/closed.

    InboxDollars is independent of all surveys on the site as they are created by, managed by and credited by third party and direct survey providers.

  • InboxDollars members who have had their payment processed and have selected either the ePayment will receive an InboxDollars Payment Email that same day.

    If you have not received your InboxDollars Payment Email by 2pm CT please check your Spam/Junk folders and for Gmail users please check your "Promotions" tab.

    If you still have not located your InboxDollars Payment Email you can contact Tango Cards and request that they resend the email to the email that is on the account.

    When contacting Tango Card Support you will need to provide them with the email assigned to the account and the date your payment was processed.

    Please feel free to contact them by phone at 1-877-558-2646 between 8AM - 5PM (PST), Monday through Friday. Or send them an email to [email protected]. They will respond to all messages within one (1) business day.

  • At various times the system may offer you a Payment Promotion Offer to waive the processing fee under the following conditions if you accept the promotion offer terms:

    1) Earn the Amount listed on the promotion within 30 days

    2) Request payment before the 30-day expiration

    3) Select YES - Pay My Fee! is chosen

    If you select YES Pay My Fee and reach the amount listed on the promotion but are seeing that a fee will be charged than the promotion date terms were not met and expired.

    The Promotion Waiver will not be applied if you met the terms within 30 days if you click NO, Continue or you simply close the pop-up box. You MUST select "Yes, Pay My Processing Fee" in order to have the waiver applied and within the 30 days.

    We are not able to waive the promotion terms if the terms are not met as the payment process is automated so no courtesy credits can be awarded for promotional waivers.

    NOTE: if you accept the Payment Waiver promotion to reach $40.00 within 30 days & request payment where you are offered another promotion to reach $50.00 you are not obligated to accept this if you met the terms and deadline of the 1st payment waiver. You may select No at any time.

    If you did not fulfill or meet all of the requirements necessary to be awarded.

    Outdoor Craft Paint (you can use acrylic but the outdoor acrylic holds up well)

    Clear Coat Spray

    Cork Roll or Cork/Felt discs (craft and hardware stores)

    Paper Plate

    How To:

    Make sure the tiles are clear of dust and dirt

    With the foam brush lighlty apply the paint color of your choice onto the brush and lightly go over the rubber stamp.

    Place the rubber stamp directly onto the tile and press - be careful not to move the tile and make sure to lift tile directly "UP" to avoid any smears.

    Allow tile to dry and then spray with clear coat spray gloss or matte to seal your tile and protect from drinks and stains.

    Place the cork pad on the bottom of the tile to protect the furniture!! This is a must as the tiles will scratch any surface so make sure to place felt or cork on the bottom to keep tile off of furniture.

  • Chicken Parmesan over mashed potatoes

    Chicken breasts

    Breading

    1 c bread crumbs

    2 T Italian seasoning

    1 t salt

    1 t pepper

    Marinara sauce

    cup capers

    onion, sliced

    cup Mozzarella

    Mashed potatoes

    cup grated parmesan

    6 cups potatoes, chopped and boiled until soft

    1 bulb roasted Garlic

    2 tablespoons butter

    cup Milk

    Salt + pepper to taste

    Mix the breading ingredients in a bowl. Roll each chicken breast in the breading.

    Line baking dish with onions and some marinara sauce. Add the breaded chicken. Top with capers, more sauce and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes

    Meanwhile, combine all of the mashed potato ingredients. Using a potato masher or a hand mixer, mash the potatoes until they reach the desired consistency.

    Serve the chicken over the mashed potatoes. Enjoy!

  • Peach Scones

    Ingredients

    6 TBSP cold butter, cut into pieces

    2 cups flour

    1 T baking powder

    c sugar

    t salt

    1 egg

    cup heavy whipping cream

    1 t vanilla

    cup blackberries

    1 peach, chopped

    Directions

    Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

    In a food processor, pulse the butter, sugar, flour, baking powder and salt together. There should still be small beads of butter remaining. Transfer mixture to a bowl.

    Combine the egg, cream and vanilla.

    Slowly pour the wet mixture into the dry. Be careful not to over-stir because you want the small beads of butter to remain intact. The mixture may seem to dry.

    Add the fruit and stir again. Form the dough into a ball with your hands and lay it out on a non-stick surface or a floured cutting board.

    Mold the dough into a disc. Cut into 8 pieces and lay out on a floured baking sheet.

    Bake for 12-16 minutes or until the tops turn golden but not brown. Enjoy!

    Ingredients

    Rolls

    Lox (smoked salmon)

    Cream cheese

    Eggs

    Chives, chopped

    Tomato, chopped in small pices

    Salt and pepper

    Directions

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees

    Hollow out rolls

    Smear cream cheese on the inside of the hollowed out rolls, then line the cream cheese with lox

    Sprinkle tomato and chives inside. Top with one egg.

    Spray cookie sheet. Gently place all rolls on the cookie sheet without letting the egg spill out.

    Season with salt and pepper and bake for 20-25 minutes, depending on how cooked you like your yolk.

    Serve immediately. Enjoy!

    Ingredients

    Pre-made phylo dough

    Apples 3 sliced

    1 T butter

    c brown sugar

    cup white sugar

    1 t vanilla

    1 T cornstarch + 1 t water

    1 t Cinnamon

    Dash Nutmeg

    1 egg + 1 tsp water brush on top

    Sugar to top

    Directions

    Preheat oven to 400.

    In a pan preheated to medium heat, add sliced apples, butter and sugars. Stir while the butter melts.

    When the mixture is bubbling, add in the vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. Turn heat down to low and allow the apples to cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Whisk 1 tsp of water with one egg. Set aside.

    Remove apples from heat.

    Roll out phylo dough and cut into squares. Scoop one full scoop of apples (about cup) onto the dough. Fold dough over top and pinch or use a fork to press and seal the edges.

    Brush the tops with the egg mixture. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake for 15-20 minutes.

    Most Offers will be credited to the Members InboxDollars account within a few business days from completion, while others may take up to 30 days to credit. Members should read and comply with all requirements of an Offer to ensure timely credit.

    InboxDollars credits Members for completing Offers based on information we receive from our Advertisers. Thus, the Advertiser has the final say in whether or not a Member is credited for completing an Offer. InboxDollars makes no guarantee that Members will receive credit for completing an Offer. Members should save all confirmation/welcome emails (and similar information) they receive from the Advertiser after completing an Offer. This information can often be used to credit a Members account if not done automatically.

  • If you receive a "Survey Token" prize from the "Spin & Win" page, you will receive a pending token earning that will be credited to your account upon the next successful survey credited to your account.

    Note: There is a limit of 5 survey tokens at one time. If you win a 6th token, it will replace your oldest token, and so on but does not accumulate or save for future use if older than 14 days.

    You can view your pending token earnings on the "Cash Survey" page, or at the bottom of your "Current Earnings" page.

    Survey tokens will include an expiration date to be used by, which is 14 days from the time of earning.

    Once you successfully complete a survey and receive credit for it, your pending Survey Token will be credited as .25 cents to your account.

    If you have more than one pending token, one per each completed surveys will credit to your account.

    You can view credited token earnings on the "Current Earnings" page, under "View Details" for Promotions.

    Note: Survey Spins are rewarded for honest attempts to complete surveys. Frequent disqualifications may result in limiting or removing spinning opportunities

    Can I cancel my PayPal Payment?

    Once a payment has been requested, it cannot be reversed.

    We do not have visibility into your personal PayPal account. For assistance, please contact PayPal.

    5. Why are the funds back in my InboxDollars account?

    One of the reasons this could be the case is if PayPal denies the payment, we are unable to process the payment so the funds are returned to your InboxDollars account. Before requesting payment via PayPal again, please contact PayPal for assistance in resolving why your payment was denied.

  • Every day there are thousands of new members joining InboxDollars. Unfortunately,we cannot retain an account indefinitely if it is not being used.

    For this reason, accounts which have not completed any activity or been logged into for more than 6 months are permanently removed. We call this being "Cleaned". More information can also be found in our terms of membership.

    Removal in this way is permanent.

    There is no way to retrieve an old account, once it has been removed due to inactivity of longer than 6 months.

    However, if you want to create a new account and start over, you are more than welcome to do this. We even provide a special link that you receive when you first log into your Cleaned account, what allows you to do so using the same email address. And....you will receive your $5.00 signup bonus again!

    To do so, simply visit InboxDollars from your cleaned account and follow the instructions provided.

    Billy Note: If you attempt to reuse the same street address, you may receive a message telling you that it matches an address already listed in our system.
