Some of them act like good humans
being honest, upfront, not being shady and dodgy, they really do play into the hands of the dodgy dealership. Being greedy in terms of what they get from team members, and constant barraging to conduct employee surveys which are not mandatory nor anonymous they can tell who has not completed them!
Observation, and listening to staff. STOP the blame culture mentality
Learn about the industry and actually understand what it means to be a part of it
Actually allow staff to work sensible hours and not 20hour days.

The pay itself is the best part
pay and rewards. Not being pummelled with work everyday. Not allowing other team members to not fulfill their roles and expectations and allow for rudeness to other team members because they get on with the boss.
The pay hasn't kept up with inflation. A more structured pay system which rewards experience as well as performance.
Workload should be distributed fairly
Actually have some home life balance and not just work work work work.
Supportive to hearing your concerns when management is not listening.
