My direct team is wonderful. I love my senior and my manager.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Senior management has proven time and time again that they will not change simple things to make their employees more efficient and satisfied.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher pay for nurses and more vacation time! The current pay for RNs is way below what we could get at another place.
