What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Transparency and willingness to listen to and act on logical thinking from employees.
Communication - informing staff of what's going on - not keeping everything so secret. Truly listening to staff and valuing their needs. Not everyone is the same - a cookie-cutter work environment does not work for some, probably not even most.
