The company culture is not very good since it's a family business, there is a lot of corruption at the top level. Also there are lots of overtime unpaid work as well as many unethical things going on the in the company. As an employee you will either be forced to turn a blind eye and go with the flow and unethical activities or likely lose your job. Also most people do not last for more than 2 years and there is a high turnover rate.
