What are some of the best things about your team?The team that Indigo has assembled is amazing, and it includes some of the most creative minds. They are the only thing keeping me from quitting.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?Older generation needs to retire. Restructure of company culture to center equity and accountability. Hire more gen z and millenials
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I feel undervalued because i bring my recent experience in best practices from schooling, and my knowledge was not welcomed.
