I feel undervalued because i bring my recent experience in best practices from schooling, and my knowledge was not welcomed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team that Indigo has assembled is amazing, and it includes some of the most creative minds. They are the only thing keeping me from quitting.
We all collectively support each other through the difficulties of navigating the company culture
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They have little initiative to improve processes and get mired in minutae.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Older generation needs to retire. Restructure of company culture to center equity and accountability. Hire more gen z and millenials
