A whole new team leader
Leadership seems to focus on growth (& profits) at any cost. Employee welfare, work life balance, a healthy and happy work environment takes a back seat. Non stop unrelenting pressure. In its public face it wants to position itself as a employee centric, sustainability sensitive org which it is not.

I negotiated more vacation when I was hired.
A qualified, experienced and a working person should be compensated /gifted with extra benefits.
Approach to compensation is to squeeze employee for the best bargain in the comapny's interest. Annual reviews are subjective & lack transparency. An Asian CEO's package maybe lower than an American Manager but management only sees cost to company and wants to rationalize globally. Clueless HR.
I am getting paid significantly lower than my responsibilities and my title as a Staff Process Control Engineer. Compared to my peers in other conpanies with the same level of seniority I rank last with about 15% delta in pay
