What are some of the best things about your team?It is s diverse team, a mix of experience, but everyone is encouraging and feels confident about sharing experiences/processes that might benefit the wider team. A community.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Need health insurance and a better wellness/lifestyle benefit
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Taking ownership over their duties - i.e. following up via email, investigating complaints and documented issues. They need greater empathy and transparency when it comes to expectations and issues facing their direct reports. Onboarding is quick and messy.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?They say they move fast, then draw out the interview process for months. There were about 6 or 7 different rounds of interviews before an offer was made
