What does the leadership team need to get better at?
My manager was terrible, during the training process I was asking questions and he was always provocatively replying: "what you think". I start asking help from other colleagues and my manager: "please do not disturb your colleagues"

The product is very hard to sell. They have a lot of competitors that are selling same product for cheaper price
