Terrible. They have been lying to me from day one. During job interview: you can work anywhere from europe, you will get a nice bonus and we are family. Day 1 in the job: I must go three times per week in the office, the bonus is almost impossible to achieve and if there are issues i am alone

The product is very hard to sell. They have a lot of competitors that are selling same product for cheaper price
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
My manager was terrible, during the training process I was asking questions and he was always provocatively replying: "what you think". I start asking help from other colleagues and my manager: "please do not disturb your colleagues"
