I work with some of the most intelligent and creative people on the planet! Collaboration is off the charts!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The company has probably the richest benefit packages I've ever seen for such a small company. They cover the entire cost for my premiums!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The team cares about the business and the employees in equal measure. One of the first companies I have worked for that this is really the case.
What makes you most happy at work?
It's the cooperation and collaboration level that our teams exhibit. The work is satisfying because we all are moving in the same direction and constantly communicating about our progress.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People care about each other and we do live the values every day. When situations come up where one of us isn't showing up in accordance with the values, we talk about it.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The conversations were really casual and comfortable. There was no attitude of "prove to us you can do this work" but rather a curiosity about what motivates you and how do you approach your work.
