The leadership team is very open and communicative and really love to hear ideas from anyone in the company. I feel valued by everyone I speak to, especially the leadership team.

My team listens and communicates and values each other like no team I've ever been on. We support each other and are able to communicate any issues in a constructive way. I look forward to working with these people every day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My opinion is considered. If there is a new process, especially one that impacts me, I am asked for my input and it is considered. I know I am heard and valued. I also laugh more at this job than I have at any job. I genuinely enjoy coming to work.
