My team gets things done and collaborates seamlessly despite having slightly different functions.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate how transparent and supportive the leadership team is. They actually listen to feedback and make changes when necessary.
What makes you most happy at work?
We move at a fast pace, but there is room to breathe and take a step back to make sure that we produce the very best work possible. What makes me most happy is that my colleagues are amazing people who I absolutely love working and learning from.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our culture is definitely special in that more than half the company is remote and yet, despite this, communication is so smooth and accessible. Everyone is always so supportive of one another - even between those who work in different departments/teams, which shows how we hire overall good humans.
