Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The staff knows that the work load is not well balanced but they do not care meanwhile the work is done and the employees making the work are not considered for promotions or certifications

We have seen new associates come in at higher pay, than tenured associates

If they cared, would we work on THANKSGIVING? would we make 28k a year?

People are the key plus amazing work-life balance

No compensation, no benifits, no bonuses, and minimum wage

IT is in a process to solve

I see unqualified people get promoted all the time, particularly men, because of who they know, not what they know, while qualified people get overlooked.

Because of the experience I have and the responsibility I have in this position, I think the compensation, could be better.
