ALL leadership and HR personal needs to be investigated due to them having such close relationships with each other. Having personal feelings gets to there better judgement
The staff knows that the work load is not well balanced but they do not care meanwhile the work is done and the employees making the work are not considered for promotions or certifications
We have seen new associates come in at higher pay, than tenured associates

Too many unproductive meetings and inefficient processes. Too many employees are truy unqualified for their roles, especially in management. Encountered many instances of rude employees and employees ignoring business-critical requests from colleagues.
