It has great talents to work with

The company is in close affiliate with the number one South Korean auto manufacturer. The higher ups watches over each individual talent and diligence. As it is valued highly in South Korean culture. However most of the upper level (director or higher) must be Korean.

Each leadership has own expertise and respect each other

They are open for improvement and listen to their underlings. They also have good team communication and try to maintain casual relation with each team member. However cross department communication is still need much needed improvements
