What do you like best about the leadership team?
Each leadership has own expertise and respect each other
They are open for improvement and listen to their underlings. They also have good team communication and try to maintain casual relation with each team member. However cross department communication is still need much needed improvements

They are focusing on a positive culture and environment. There is very little ego present at the leadership level (SVP & UP)
