What do you like best about the leadership team?
Each leadership has own expertise and respect each other
They are open for improvement and listen to their underlings. They also have good team communication and try to maintain casual relation with each team member. However cross department communication is still need much needed improvements

The best medical benefit and flexible work hours
They are not stingy with the basic package.
It always could be better
Benefits Package is very generous and solid. Especially the health benefits are top notch.

Very collaborting and respect each other
There are many smart and nice people here. Overall collaboration is good and silos are at a minimum.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very diverse and friendly cultural environment
Relaxed and friendly. We are by the beach and that's the vibe in the office too.

Getting interviewed by a wide variety of departments and future co-workers.
What makes you most happy at work?
Great talents to work with, geeat benefit, great location
good work/life balance. Overall positiver attitude of co-workers. Great location, good amenities and all this focusing on fun work assignments.
