My salary is above market and benefits are good.

No annual raise is given
They brag about their new acquisitions and earnings but barely give raises and no benefits for site reviewers

Everyone with the team is very kind, generous and helpful.
They are smart, dedicated and willing to jump in and help.
My team works like a well oiled machine.
All easy going and friendly. We all help each other with questions.

Treat people with respect, the employees are not stupid
Remove entire leadership team and start over. Value people.

Rewarding and I feel needed
Inclusion in decisions that affect our team when possible. Open door policy with management team. Supportive team members willing to assist when possible. Play off each others strengths and weaknesses.
