Who did you meet with during your interview? And how long did it take to hear back from Inovalon?
I interviewed w/ someone in HR over the phone. I was initially contacted 1-2 weeks after applying online, was hired the same day as the interview & completed all of the pre-employment requirements in 2 days. The process was very fast for me. A friend’s process took a little longer.
