The pay for most positions is generally inadequate to support yourself.

VERY quick response time post-interview. Willing to train you on skills you don't have.
What makes you most happy at work?
The autonomy. I've never once felt hassled or micromanaged by my boss and I'm free to take on projects that interest me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people are 100% the best part about working here. Great team all around. I can't think of a single employee I don't like.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to genuinely care about what they're doing and put it in tons of effort. It definitely does not feel like they're just kicking their feet up and relaxing while everyone else works. I have had that experience with C-level execs elsewhere.
