What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We all work independent of each other. There is no team-effort or set process for my team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My compensation is low for the amount of work I do. I am involved in many areas of the business but only get paid based off of one specific section.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The culture could be improved by taking more time to put effort into the employees. There is no time for a break and you feel bad for taking a lunch.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We are not thinking our platform through and it is causing a lot of bugs. We introduce new features without solving the other issues causing a bigger mess. There are also no safe outlets to discuss the problems, they get pushed off.
