Everyone's attitude is mostly positive. I feel that everyone on my team really tries their best when they come to work.

I like feeling accomplished when I get through my tasks everyday. Working with clients and with co-workers, I do feel like I am making a difference.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel I work 150% at all times and enjoy the work I do. I worry that I am undervalued based on compensation for my level and amount of work I do. I am confident, however, that this will improve come review season.
