I feel detached from my manager, but my fellow employees are great to work with.

Departments work together to get the work done. When we are able to be social we can also collaborate better.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My position needs to be evaluated by industry standards. Cost of living in this area keeps going up and I am just keeping up.
