There have been many ups and downs, but I enjoy the activities and the effort being put in by the company.

I only had to interview once with all parties involved.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Having an opportunity to earn a more frequent bonus or incentive.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We don't have micro-managers and are allowed to do our work. This allows us more flexibility.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I feel the level of pay for what they are expected to do is not on par with other SaaS companies. Very hard to keep co-workers devoted.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very good about keeping the team informed on the direction of the company. They are making a huge effort to create a great working environment.
What makes you most happy at work?
When our system works the way it is supposed to. Too often, we have issues with the basic functionality of our system that just causes issues throughout the whole day.
