Despite the engineer-it-cheap-and-fast culture, most people are willing to share knowledge and assist efforts where possible.

Leadership team is out of touch with everyday activities and workers. No strategic vision is flowed down. Same old problems persist.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Boeing is not showing interest in Insitu with strategic investment in future technology. Insitu is coasting on the momentum of having a large market share from the early days of mid-size UAS.
