Longterm but unprofessional. I've been with the company for the majority of 20+ years and I haven't received pto in a timely manner, and I've had workmanship company medical bills unpaid!!
PTO as much as i want.
Its a fast moving company which is growing in terms of technology and the experience that it brings to the fore front. They are building most solutions in house and therefore have an exponential growth rate.
We have free soda on every floor.;
