What do you like best about the leadership team?

Leadership Reviews

They are quite approachable and take feedback seriously.

They are great people who care

Caring new ideas making work fun

I love the transparency throughout our leadership team. Change happens quickly at a company like Inspire, and our leadership is always intentionally communicating the whys. I always feel like I have a seat at the table and that my ideas are not only heard but, oftentimes, brought to fruition.

They don't take home too much money, considering what they pay the average team-member. I wish working in a restaurant paid more fairly for the amount of stress it produces.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Team Reviews

The team is very driven and has great ideas. Everyone seems to be motivated and happen to love their job.

They can work at any end of the kitchen They love to help and they care about weather or not I have to much on my plate and they take some off makes it manageable when u get in a run or fall behind

Some of the best things about my team include our accountability to the teams overall success; we have an open and safe place to use our voice, we are rewarded for doing the right things and often, and at the end of a hard week, we can openly celebrate our successes and our failures together.

We support each other! It's such a collaborative environment.

Kind people for the most part

Better bonus and pay wages

New leadership including the CEO. They are clueless and could care less about their employees. Micromanaging, blame, abuse - it is not going to change until the leadership team is eliminated.

Disgruntled team members at all levels.

The interview had 4 rounds. They treat interviews as potential candidates and not bots who are memorizing answers in a STAR format and answering.

The restaurant plays the music too loud and I am not able to hear the customers

New GM is cutting everyone's hours is targeting only me with write ups and now threatening to fire me for doing my job as I have done for 14 years
