What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview had 4 rounds. They treat interviews as potential candidates and not bots who are memorizing answers in a STAR format and answering.

I liked that i was kept informed throughout the entire process. I enjoyed the diversity among the individuals who interviewed me, coming from multiple levels of support, experience, education and backgrounds.

The lady who I now have the privilege to call my AGM made the place sound amazing. Asked me my pronouns and made me feel like I would be welcome as if we were a happy family. Then the new guy comes and just makes everyone hate everything we do.
