They are quite approachable and take feedback seriously.
They are great people who care

I love the transparency throughout our leadership team. Change happens quickly at a company like Inspire, and our leadership is always intentionally communicating the whys. I always feel like I have a seat at the table and that my ideas are not only heard but, oftentimes, brought to fruition.
They don't take home too much money, considering what they pay the average team-member. I wish working in a restaurant paid more fairly for the amount of stress it produces.

Everything!! I remember when Arbys had standards.
favoring one subgroup over another set of people, e.g. discrimination
Communicate with the maintenance guy
Treating the maintenance man like a human being
Communication with franchisee concerning operations
having a good culture and being inclusive.
Recognition and growing people careers
Poor communicators and hire very few minority employees.
It is at their core and they need to eliminate the current leaders VP and up. This team only cares about themselves. Worst leadership team I have seen in my long career.
Scheduling employes when they are actually needed
All executives are greedy & don't care about their team members,
Listen to the employees and don't promise things
They don't trust their internal data science team.
