What are some of the best things about your team?
My teammembers are supportive and motivated. We work together to accomplish a good shift each day, meeting our goals.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I called to check on my application, scheduled an interview, showed up with a friendly smile, started the next week. Easy.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They don't take home too much money, considering what they pay the average team-member. I wish working in a restaurant paid more fairly for the amount of stress it produces.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I make 12.50 an hour and have to fight to access basic benefits like PTO. I cannot afford both rent and healthcare, even working full-time. So I go without healthcare.
